Bee Bucks

Students can earn Bee Bucks throughout CVE for being safe, kind, and responsible.​ Bee Bucks are used daily to reinforce positive behaviors and positive changes. Students can use Bee Bucks for a variety of reinforcements at CVE. 

Principals’ 200 Club is a daily schoolwide reinforcement system. Two Bee Bucks per grade level are drawn daily and revealed on the morning announcements.​ These students each randomly draw a number. This number represents their spot on the 200 Club board! When a row is completed and a “BINGO” is earned, ALL the students in the row or column receive a reward!​ 

Book Vending Machine is a schoolwide incentive. On a grade level’s designated day, one student is drawn from the Bee Buck entries to receive a vending machine coin/token. They can then visit the Book Vending Machine to receive a book of their choice!

Bee Buck Bazaar is a bi-weekly reward for students. Students can save the Bee Bucks they earn and use them to purchase prizes from our Bee Buck Bazaar ​cart when it visits their classroom. 

Buzz Bucks are specialty blue Bee Bucks that target a specific Bee 3 schoolwide expectation, such as safe, kind, or responsible based on schoolwide data. Students who go above and beyond to show one of these expectations can earn a Buzz Buck which can be entered in for regular schoolwide incentives or specialty Buzz Buck-only incentives. 

Schoolwide Celebrations are held when our school fills our schoolwide Bee Buck bin. These include activities such as schoolwide Bingo, virtual field trips, pajama day, schoolwide campout, and carnival games.
